Incorporated on September 3, 1961, as PT PEMBANGUNAN JAYA in Jakarta, Indonesia and then, set up as a subsidiary company on March 1, 1983 named PT JAYA CM located  in Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia.

PT JAYA CM as Engineers & Consulting Engineers, established in 1983 in Jakarta, Indonesia, as a continuation of the Consulting Engineering’s Division of PT PEMBANGUNAN JAYA as the parent company established in 1961. PT JAYA CM is one of the subsidiaries Company of PEMBANGUNAN  JAYA  GROUP, one of the biggest Companies in Indonesia.

Formally, this Division was designated to undertake the Engineers & Consulting Engineers Services for PT PEMBANGUNAN JAYA's internal projects only i.e. the projects created, developed and built by PT PEMBANGUNAN JAYA itself. Since many Clients from outside of PT PEMBANGUNAN JAYA requested the services based on our wide range of experiences, the management and the Board of Trustees of PT PEMBANGUNAN JAYA, decided that a specialized company in Engineers & Consulting Engineers should have to be established named PT JAYA CM where this company is solidly based on the experience of the parent company PT PEMBANGUNAN JAYA which has enjoyed an excellent reputation in Indonesia ever since.

This establishment also guarantees the independent and impartiality of the consultancy services, to enhance the professionalism and to accelerate the creation of a solid distinguished national consulting engineering company, services for Power Plant, transportation, industry, special high-rise buildings and other large scale project.
The Company has committed itself to master the know-how project and technology necessary for the industrialization and development of Indonesia, especially in the field of Engineers & Consulting Engineers services.

Dengan Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan S1 teknik Sipil (Struktur Engineer), Arsitektur (Arsitek Engineer), Mekanikal (Mekanikal Engineer), Elektrikal / Elektronik (Elektrikal Engineer).
2. Pengalaman min. 3 thn sebagai Engineer/Perencana/Site Engineer di Proyek high rise building atau Transportasi (Kereta Api, Jalan Raya / Jalan Tol, Jembatan) .
3. Usia maks.35 th.
4. Bertanggung Jawab, Pekerja Keras, Memiliki komitmen, Integritas, disiplin, Memiliki Motivasi yang tinggi, mampu bekerja sama dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
